Tenara a wedding style journal

About

What Tenara is

A small, independent journal about wedding style — the dress, the fabric it's cut from, and the ring in every close-up photo.

Why we exist

Wedding advice online comes in two flavors: content written by the people selling you the thing, and forum threads where the real answers live but take an hour to dig out. Tenara sits in between — guides with the honesty of a good Reddit thread and the structure of an actual publication.

We write for the person doing this for the first time. No jargon without a translation, no "it depends" without the answer underneath it, and no pretending a ring purchase is an investment strategy.

How the site is funded

Tenara is reader-supported. Some links on this site — mainly to diamond and ring retailers — are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it's how the site stays free and free of display ads.

Two commitments on that front:

How we keep guides current

Prices, policies, and the lab-grown market move fast. Each guide shows its last-updated date, and we revisit the ones that change most — retailers and diamond pricing — on a regular cycle. If you spot something stale, tell us.
